Philosophy
God formed humanity in his likeness. Part of God’s likeness is creativity Music allows people to express their souls to God and to one another. Music articulates emotions and experiences in ways that others can participate in too. In Music class, we will try to discover and develop different forms of music. As the Bible says “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; …” (Ecclesiastes 9:10), students are encouraged to develop their creative skills of music to their utmost potential. They will also develop a better appreciation of God’s creativity in creating music through this course.
