For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.

Sports at Wesley
At Wesley International School, athletics is regarded as something more than just a means to get fit. It is also a means of developing both physical and spiritual discipline, both in the team context and individually. At Wesley students are encouraged to focus on the better part of game — the journey and not just the victory (or lack of victory), God’s glory and not merely material achievement.
Wesley’s athletic program is divided into several seasons within the year. This allows for students to do multiple sports throughout the year and allows students to experience a variety of sports. On average, Wesley athletes play two or more sports. Even in athletics, one can say that Wesley students are quite well-rounded.

At Wesley, the biggest sport (probably) played is not an official wesley sport. Ultimate Frisbee is played at break time, lunch time, on Saturdays and at just about every other free time students find. It has been around at Wesley for longer than most can remember, but only within the past few years has it become as big as it is.
